Home again

It is great to be home, after our long trip from Hobe Sound I can finally say it is good to be home. The traffic in Ga, NC, and Va was horrible, we spent approximately six hours in stop and go traffic on Sat. and Sun. Our boys (Daniel 8, Dalton 5) did exceptionally well for as long as they were coop up in the SUV. (considering they normally fight) Sleeping in my own bed was a joy, it is that comfortable feeling that nothing else can appease. We did come home to cold weather, it was not the fun part of coming home. However, we did get settled in quickly and found a few of our critters died while we were gone. Our "sucker fish" as Daniel calls it died, it was not catastrophic but it was sad. The other animals in our Zoo did well. Both lizards are fat and the turtle is still catching his meals.
My little starter garden is doing well, I thought I might have killed some of the plant from over watering, however, they grew well while I was gone.
All in all vacation is over and we are back at work and school. Home again.
